Term Classes: 7 days notice before the start of term is required to cancel your booking.  Deposits paid are non refundable if less than 7 days notice before the start of the term has been given. If 7 days notice or more is given then a full refund will be issued.

 

Paint & Sip/Create & Sip Events: 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking for a full refund.  Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a $25 per head cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice may be eligible for a full refund if we are able to fill your place, please let us know as soon as possible. You can also transfer your booking to a future date or gift it to a friend if you let us know before the event. No-shows will not receive a refund or transfer.

 

Sometimes you make plans and then an emergency happens, please contact us as soon as possible if a genuine emergency prevents you from attending. Such cases will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

Private Functions: 14 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private function. Function bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Function bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not receive a refund or transfer.

 

COVID Lockdown: In the event of a government mandated lockdown, we will reschedule your class or function to a mutually agreed date. We won't let a little lockdown ruin your fun!

Refunds on Store Purchases:

If you have purchased an item from us that is in any way faulty, we will replace it or refund it. Change of mind may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, providing the item is in the same saleable condition in which you received it: unopened packaging, tags still attached.
